Your harvested data is utilized exclusively for platform optimization, identity verification under AML/KYC regulations, and multi-factor security enforcement. We do not participate in third-party data monetization.

Identity documents and sensitive data reside in isolated, encrypted vaults with air-gapped backups. Access is restricted to Tier-1 compliance officers and is audited in real-time by our automated security systems.
04 DATA SOVEREIGNTY
You maintain ultimate sovereignty over your data. Upon request and verification, you may access, export, or request the permanent deletion of your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) from our active systems, subject to legal retention obligations.

All interactions with the OctalX terminal are secured via SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption protocols. We recommend the use of hardware-based 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) for all high-value account accounts.
